RESEARCH

We employ cell-based assay development, high-throughput screening, ultralarge docking and structural biology to better understand how ligand maintain distinct receptor conformations that induce its physiological effects.

We also use structure-based drug design to computationally screen vast chemical libraries against our structures to discover and create new compounds that may be used to produce improved treatments.
